"DO NOT BUY/RENT A HOUSE HERE. This society looks fancy and all from the outside but is a nightmare to live in. The rents are exorbitant and so is the maintainence charge. In return you dont even get basic amenities. Some people might casually tell you that there is an electricity problem but its serious, its 10 fluctuations in a minute, only for power to go off. You will usually be spending your electricity charge on DG rates because Grid electricity barely comes. They have a so called valet system because they lacked parking but the valet isn’t there 95 percent of times. You’ll be in the basement shouting for the valet or you will have to come up to ground to maintainence and then they will send. Mind you, this will happen 95 percent time. This is extremely risky in cases of emergency, especially for single car owners. Similarly with the electricity- at a high storey floor, you are left stranded. Folks have missed flights because they were at 22nd floor and there was no electricity. Their clubhouse is notional, nothing in the gym is a usable equipment, pool water isnt changed until it turns green."
